Although Dr. Khan is amazing. The front office staff is very disrespectful. The appointments line is never answered and the calls never get returned despite leaving a voicemail. Front desk staff personnel should learn how to be more professional and keep their conversations regarding their dislike of any patient to a minimum or when not on stage. They should also be cognizant that regardless of using Spanish to speak about their dislikes, that does not mean the patient they are referring to does not understand what they’re saying or does not speak the same language.

Dr. Hatab was thoughtful and willing to read pages my husband had written about my asthma issues. He listened to my breathing and asked thoughtful questions about my asthma experience. His calm demeanor and informative suggestions were truly spot on and appreciated.

Dr. Kahn is excellent; however, the front desk staff is terrible. I swiped my allergy shot card and sat for 20 minutes while the complained about being short staffed, the manager, what the manager does all day, they don't get paid to do her job, etc., all loud enough for me to hear every word. Because I was not checked in during that 20 minutes the nurse had no idea there were issues with my shots and Dr. Kahn left for the day. This is not the first time that inappropriate front desk conversations have been held loud enough for patients to hear. I was irritated after waiting for the doctor to call the nurse back and told them I wanted my records, as I was finding a new practice. I was told I would have to pay for them. That is clearly not going to happen.
