Dr Hatab is wonderful. Very thoughtful and thorough, makes sure you don't have any unanswered questions. The appointment wait times vary. I have seen him 3 times (for an immune deficiency). The first appointment I was called back quickly, the 2nd one I waited over an hour, and the 3rd time was about 30 minutes. But even the time I had to wait over an hour I got that time back with him as he was not in a hurry to push me out the door to get to the next patient so I am presuming that the patient's in front of me needed him and his time as badly as I did so I don't mind waiting if I get that time back when it's my turn.
My only complaint is with the office, if you need to get a message to him or have office staff call you back it is impossible. I was having a rather urgent matter and left a message for the receptionist (only option for my issue) and left 3 messages and never did get a call back, and then I had another matter that, prior to my appointment, I needed an answer, left another message with receptionist and never got a call back. I'll be the 1st to admit a receptionist is going to be incredibly busy, so they need to have another staff member that just goes through and checks for voicemails and does those call backs.
