Prompt, attentive and responsive.

Dr Hatab is wonderful. Very thoughtful and thorough, makes sure you don't have any unanswered questions. The appointment wait times vary. I have seen him 3 times (for an immune deficiency). The first appointment I was called back quickly, the 2nd one I waited over an hour, and the 3rd time was about 30 minutes. But even the time I had to wait over an hour I got that time back with him as he was not in a hurry to push me out the door to get to the next patient so I am presuming that the patient's in front of me needed him and his time as badly as I did so I don't mind waiting if I get that time back when it's my turn. My only complaint is with the office, if you need to get a message to him or have office staff call you back it is impossible. I was having a rather urgent matter and left a message for the receptionist (only option for my issue) and left 3 messages and never did get a call back, and then I had another matter that, prior to my appointment, I needed an answer, left another message with receptionist and never got a call back. I'll be the 1st to admit a receptionist is going to be incredibly busy, so they need to have another staff member that just goes through and checks for voicemails and does those call backs.

Thanks to Dr. Hatab, following several years of treatment, I can keep my cat and I do not have allergy symptoms anymore.

I give this practice only one star & that star is for Dr. Hatab. Dr. Hatab is an excellent doctor who showed kindness, professionalism & made me feel heard as a patient. The practice & policies however, are nothing short of a scam. I was denied an appointment & told I was no longer a patient, & could not longer be a patient because I had an outstanding balance that was sent to collections. A balance I only found out about after trying to make an appointment. It's not even clear if that balance was for service or if it was an unpaid copay, which they never asked for upon office visits & my insurance should have covered service(the ins could be sketchy sometimes). I tried to make the appointment, they told me I could not make the appointment till my debt was settled. After being made aware of the debt, I tried to settle & they said I could not settle because it was sent to collections. I had to track down the agency by getting the info from the doctor's office because ot was so fresh the collection agency had not even billed me! I settled with collections & fast forward to present day, I try to make an appt & was told I can't schedule because of that. I was told i was sent a dozen or so bills(no calls & never receiveda bill), I ask how I can settle & start over fresh & i am told I can no longer be seen there. I explained that all my mail was being forwarded while my house was being torn down & rebuilt(didn'teven change my DL for that)& maybe that is why I did not get anything, but I would never not pay a bill. I was even willing to pay twice to get things back on track & deal with insurance issues later. I tried to make it right to start over as a 'new patient', but my pleadings fell on deaf ears. It is really unfortunate & unacceptable to practice that way & leave patients feeling 'unworthy'. Shame on them.

Very good clinician who is pleased to discuss any medical concerns that you might have regarding your treatment and the process. She is kind and a very good listener too!!!
